About Shelton High School
Shelton High School is a comprehensive grade 10-12 school serving over 1200 student, including those from four non-high school districts and two Native American reservations.  As a three year comprehensive high school, Shelton High School offers a wide variety of learning and extra-curricular opportunities including a strong career and technical and special education programs.  The school is a beautiful campus style, featuring a swimming pool and a large auditorium.  Both Washington State and the Northwest Association of Schools and Colleges accredit Shelton High School.  The staff supports a strong comprehensive and diverse academic program with a tradition of being supported by the community.  Programs include: Credit Retrieval; Honors and Advanced Placement classes; Running Start (college attendance while taking high school classes); and, the Renaissance Program, designed to enhance a sense of value and self-esteem in all students.
